Recipe Chutney Manggo
Chutney means pickled preparation and derived from Hindi Words means bon appetit!!! Dalam bahasa Melayu Pembuka Selera.
This easy simple recipe always suits with Beriyani and Arab Mandy Rice Recipe for additional spicy fruits topping on rice.
Tadaaaaa!!!..mango chutney best everš„°
- 2 teaspoon full sugar 1 small teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 big mangoes , peeled and cut in 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 big tomato chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup ginger finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, whole
- 1/4 teaspoon baba's chilli powder
How to make mango chutney???
- Peel the skin the mango and cut the flesh into 1-inch cubes.
- Onion Ginger, garlic and chili powder are sauteed in oil and then mustard seed cumin, curry leaves with cinnamon are added to coax out their robust flavors.
- Fresh mango, sugar and salt is added and it is slowly cooked down to a sticky and delicious concoction
- Cook for 30 minutes or until the chutney is thickened.
- Its very delicous to eat with beriyani ..try it..you gone like it!!
