Pernah tak gunakan outlook..microsoft 2016 is the latest i've used..soalan recover deleted item ni selalu ditanya...could be happened to everyone..dont panick...the email data is still there to be recover.

database email ni lain sikit...special tak sama macam sql and oracles.setiap database treatment berbeza..ada yang process backup recovery mengambil masa berhari2..ada yang sekejap je dah settle...2 cara ni saya pernah hadap..🤪

This is the simple way which hari ni terdelete...so jangan risau...ada cara boleh dapatkan hari tu jugak...tak perlu call IT....

Here i will share with you how to recover the deleted item in outlook 2016.

Somehow the way might be in the google but again you must know the right term in IT for searching the suitable incident.

At Home - please move your cursor to deleted item on your outlook profile management.Then you will see the recover deleted item  from server (text button)

You can select which email need to be recover /restore..

so for wfh staff..dont panick..the server will updated to you all the email with attachment.

In case you still cannot find (email was too old (maybe has been archived in your personal folder)..then you need to call again PIC IT.

then need to find one more solution in the PC Laptop its self..again dont panick...need retreiving your .pst folder in your Drive Management.
