My last time went to genting during the pendamic and it was mind blowing   Sky park was wonderfully arrange by the management...all are follows the rules without any problem and perfect incharge and checkout from the new hotel. The management hotel was extremely different and not as same as 5stars hotel.. All the keys are manage DIY in the key box by external vendors. And the hotel was not like a hotel.its like a condo homestay for family with pool and gym provided. I book it via agoda for birthday celebration and family gathering. Congratulation to the management at genting highland. Consumer Average Interruption Duration Index (CAIDI) It is the ratio of the total duration of interruptions to the total number of interruptions during the year. CAIDI = Total duration of sustained interruptions in a year/total number of interruptions . It can also be seen that CAIDI = SAIDI/SAIFI.
